If you wish to become a Member, communicate with other members, make use of our Services and all the features you should read this Agreement and follow the instructions in the registration process. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your membership and may be modified by us from time to time. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any chance to modification to these terms. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, THEN YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Before you can use our whip App, you will need to register for an account ("Account"). In order to create an Account you must: 1. be at least 18 years old; 2. be legally permitted to use the App by the laws of your home country.
You must have a valid Facebook account if using the Facebook platform sign-up for an account with the Services, or a valid email address if using an email platform to sign up. If you create an account, you represent and warrant that you have never been convicted of a crime and that you are not required to register as a sex offender with any government or other entity. Using the Service may be prohibited or restricted in certain countries. If you use the Service from outside of the United States, you are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the territory from which you access or use the Service.
By using our website, currently located at http://www.whip.biz and our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service whether or not you register as a member or not.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring that no unauthorised person has access to your account. In the event an unauthorised person gains access to your account, you must notify us immediately.
If you have previously been suspended or removed from the Services than you cannot access or use the Services again.
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
1. When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a username and a password for your Member profile. You are entirely responsible for the security level of your password. You agree not to use the Member profile, username, or password of another Member at any time and as well agreeing to notify us and report immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Member profile or access to password.
2. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason.
3. The Services are for the personal use of individual Members only, and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours. This includes providing links to other websites, whether deemed competitive to our site or not. Illegal and/or unauthorised uses of the Services will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken against infringers.
4. We own and retain all proprietary rights to the Services and you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any of our Property.
5. You are solely responsible for the Content that you post on the Services, or transmit to other Members. Upon registering for our site, you agree that some or all of your user information such as email, age, ethnicity, residential location and general interests may be used by 3rd party sources.
6. Acts such as promoting racist, hatred or physical harm, sending junk mail, giving false information, promoting and sharing unauthorised copies of somebody's work, displaying pornographic or sexually explicit material, provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, providing instructional information about illegal activities, soliciting passwords or personally identifying information are strictly prohibited and legal action against those responsible will be taken. You must use the Services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations and may not include in your Member profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses.
7. Any Content used for or photographs posted by you in your Member profile may not contain nudity, violence, sexually explicit or offensive subject matter. You may not post a photograph of another person without that person's permission.
8. If any problems or technical issues occur and your account cannot be accessed we cannot be responsible.
9. You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
10.You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members.
11.You agree that, if you are under the age of 18 years, you have direct permission from a parent/guardian that you are allowed to use this website.
12. You should not pretend to be someone else or use multiple ID’s. No fake and prohibited photography/ information shall be given or displayed on our site.
13. You should be respectful to others. Our site will not tolerate threats, bullying, harassment or hate speech and legal action might be taken against you if you do so.
14. Making sexual propositions to anyone under the age of 18 years old is against our terms of service and illegal. This kind of activity will mean your account will be deleted and we will report you to the police.
15. We do not tolerate spam and sending spam will result in your account being deleted and you banned from being a Member.
16. Your privacy is important to us so please carefully review our privacy policy as this details the way we collect, use and disclose information about you.
You agree that the provisions of this section will survive any termination of your account or of the Services. The Services and all related Services are provided by us on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied including without imitations warranties of title, non-infringement or implied warranties or fitness for a particular purpose.
